Only a 25 minute drive to the golf courses of Sotogrande and Valderrama. The supermarket is only a 2 minute walk from the apartment and restaurants are only 5 minutes on foot.No car ncessary for this holiday home in Spain. A 10-15 minute walk brings you to the vibrant town of Puerto Banus, famous for its port, restaurants, sandy beach, nightlife, sports bars and department store El Corte Ingles. The apartment is set in pretty gardens and has a heated outdoor pool that is on until the end of May. There is another large pool and one more for children. There is 24 hour security and easy off road parking if you are hiring a car. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with ensuites and fitted wardrobes. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. There is a utility area with a washing machine, ironing board etc. There is a large terrace to relax on. Winter lets from £200 per week including your utility bills.

WINTER LETS FROM £200 per person for 2 people. If you would like extra guests they are charged £50 per week p/p. Price includes all utility bills. For holiday bookings,25% non refundable deposit payable upon booking. The final amount plus £100 refundable breakages deposit is due 8 weeks before your holiday is due to commence. Payment can be made via your credit card or UK bank transfer.
